N Group is founded in 2014 in Lisbon with the objective of providing investment, business and immigration consultancy to foreign investors in the European Union.

Neslihan Baykal, our founder, believes that ‘Chance favors only the prepared mind’ (Louis Pasteur).

In her early studies, it was clear to her that she wanted to expand her horizons and leverage her skills in the international business arena.

She has gained over 30 years of successful international experience in several senior management roles at blue chip companies such as Accenture, Coca-Cola, Frito Lay, Indesit, Siemens, and Orange as well as in start-ups and private equity.

Expertise areas include not only the Real Estate sector but also company acquisitions and growth hacking in several sectors such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, Internet, Agriculture.

She has been living over 25 years in several European countries including Turkey, Italy, Austria, France, Spain and Portugal and has extensive experience in Eastern Europe.

Neslihan graduated from Robert College and studied Business Administration at Bosphorus University. She has an MBA from INSEAD, one of the top 3 business schools in the world.

Currently, she enjoys colorful and peaceful Mediterranean life in Lisbon / Cascais. On the professional side, she brings her diverse experiences in the interest of investors who do not want to leave their business success and future to chance.
