House Prices Up 23 Percent in Lisbon and Porto

The average sale price of housing in Portugal increased to €996 per square meter in the fourth quarter of 2018.

According to the National Statistics Office, Lisbon and Porto saw growth rates above 23 percent.
Lisbon and the Algarve still have the most expensive real estate in Portugal, with Porto having one of the biggest rises in prices.
